Clients often delay seeking legal advice as they are concerned about the cost, however prompt advice can often save money in the long term and prevent an issue escalating.

We offer clear transparent costs in all matters and will agree a limit or a fixed fee (depending on circumstances) with our clients in advance and will raise interim invoices to help manage the costs.

If your case is successful, we can provide advice and assistance on enforcement, and have established unique connections with one of the leading providers of High Court Enforcement recovery.

We can undertake work relating to the following areas

  • Contract Disputes
  • Disputes over building/land or boundaries

  • Enforcement action

But please do contact us to see if we can assist you if the area you need assistance in is not listed.
