We have four members of the team who may work on your matter, including the Director. Regardless of who works on your matter, they will be supervised by Philip Evans, Director and Head of Insolvency.

Philip Evans is the supervisor with over 40 years’ experience, he is also a High Court Enforcement Officer.

Kayleigh Hayes – Associate Solicitor. Kayleigh qualified in 2017 and has been with the firm since 2014 during which time she had experience in various departments before specialising in litigation matters particularly debt recovery, enforcement law and insolvency.

Sandra Williams – Legal Assistant. Sandra has been with the firm since 2011 and has assisted with administrative work. She now assists Kayleigh with debt recovery.

Rebecca Williams – Trainee Solicitor. Rebecca completed her law degree followed by the Legal Practice Course in 2016 at Cardiff University. She had 1 years’ experience in conveyancing gaining knowledge of the conveyancing process before joining our company late in 2016 as a paralegal before starting her training contract. Rebecca will qualify as a solicitor in 2019.
