We appreciate that bankruptcy and insolvency may arise for a variety of reasons so we tailor our expert advice to our client’s needs, whether that be the Trustee in bankruptcy, a creditor or an individual.
We will explain the options available and the impact of any arrangement to ensure our clients are fully informed and can provide advice and assistance in relation to the following areas
- Statutory Demand
- Bankruptcy petitions and annulments
- Winding up petitions
- Directors liability
But please do contact us if the area you need assistance in is not listed.
We offer clear transparent costs in all matters and will agree a limit or a fixed fee (depending on circumstances) with our clients in advance and will raise interim invoices to help manage the costs.
