Our commercial department have extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. We have four members who can assist you:
David Evans – Director. David has over 35 years’ experience and specialises in commercial disputes.
Hedydd Davies – Director. Hedydd started work with us in 2013 and qualified in January 2017 after gaining experience in property and company departments. Hedydd deals with any non-contentious corporate matters. She has expertise in asset and share disposals and acquisitions together with shareholder agreements. Hedydd is a fluent Welsh speaker.
Jonathan Pryce – Director. Jonathan joined us in 2025 and has over 35 years experience in commercial property and institutional lending transactions.
Katie Jones – Senior Paralegal. Katie joined us in 2024 and assists in a wide range of commercial property and corporate matters.
Anisa Kalam – Legal Assistant. Anisa joined us in 2026 and supports the commercial team.
Leo Mimin – Legal Assistant. Leo joined us in 2026 and supports the commercial team.
