Our Team

Sian qualified in 2001 and has been a Partner/Director in the firm since 2005. Sian specialises in Private Client and Conveyancing. She is a member of the 'Solicitors for the Elderly'.

Philip qualified in 1976 and has been a Partner/Director in the firm since 1982. Philip specialises in debt recovery, enforcement and litigation. He is also the Under Sheriff of Glamorgan and a High Court Enforcement Officer.

David qualified in 1984 and has been a Partner/Director in the firm since 2007. David specialises in all areas of Commercial and Company Law.

Kayleigh Hayes trained with us and qualified in 2017 then became a director in 2021. Kayleigh has expertise in insolvency, enforcement, debt recovery and litigation. Kayleigh is also a student member of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association.

Hedydd trained with us and qualified in January 2017 then became a director in 2021. Hedydd has expertise in asset and share disposals and acquisitions together with dealing with all aspects of commercial property.

Jonathan qualified in 1994 and joined us in October 2025, having worked in the commercial property department of several Cardiff law firms. Jonathan has over 35 years’ experience and specialises in commercial property and institutional lending transactions.

Rebecca joined us in 2007 as a legal cashier and is now AAT qualified. Rebecca a member of the Institute of Legal Finance & Management.

Ricky qualified in 1981 joined us in 2022 as part of the acquisition of Davies Prichard and Weatherill. Ricky was a partner in Davies Prichard and Weatherill and brings a wealth of experience in both commercial and residential property transactions.

Nikki joined us in 2022 as part of the acquisition of Davies Prichard and Weatherill. Nikki is part of the litigation team.

Diane qualified in 1997 and joined us in 2022 as part of the acquisition of Davies Prichard and Weatherill. Diane specialises in private client and conveyancing.

Sally joined us in 2020 and provides support to the residential conveyancing department.

Rebecca qualified in 2019 after training with us. After a short time away, she returned in 2022 to join the residential conveyancing team. Rebecca has experience in both commercial and residential conveyancing.

Clare joined us in 2022 having previously been with Davies Prichard and Weatherill. Clare manages the day to day running of the office and supports the Directors.

Louise qualified in 2008 and joined us in 2019 as a solicitor in the residential conveyancing team. Louise is experienced in all residential conveyancing and specialises in new build properties.

Carly joined us in 2017. Carly's role includes managing our calls and provides a warm welcome to our clients in the office. Carly also provides administrative support to fee earners across the firm.

Maddison joined us in 2025 and is part of our litigation team.

Katie joined us in 2024 in the Commercial Property & Corporate department. Katie assists on a wide range of commercial property and corporate matters, providing practical and efficient support throughout transactions.

Anisa joined us in 2026 and provides support to the Commercial Property and Corporate department.

Leo joined us in April 2026 in our Commercial Property department. He graduated from university in the summer of 2025 and also has experience working in residential conveyancing.

Helen joined us in 2025, having worked in various legal departments of a Cardiff law firm over 20 years. She is now assisting in our Commercial Property department.

Rachel joined us in 2023. Rachel's role includes managing our calls and provides a warm welcome to our clients in the office.

Diyan joined us in 2022 as a paralegal in litigation before moving to our accounts team. Diyan has now joined the residential conveyancing team as an Assistant.

Sian joined us in 2021 and then qualified in 2024 after completing her training contract with us. Sian specialises in private client and has experience in Wills and Probate.

Adrian joined us in 2024 and is currently studying to qualify as a Solicitor. Adrian works in the litigation department.

Daniella qualified in 2019 and joined us in 2021. Daniella is part of our Private Client team specialising in Wills and Probate. Daniella is also a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers

Michael qualified in 2016 and joined us in 2020. Michael is within our litigation department and has a wealth of experience in a range of contentious matters, including Personal Injury, Contract, Landlord and Property disputes.

Richard qualified in 2004 and joined us in 2024. Richard is in our residential conveyancing team and has a wealth of experience in dealing with residential properties and new builds.

Karen joined us in 2007 and provides support to our residential conveyancing team.

Hannah qualified in 2025 and joined us in 2026. Hannah is part of our litigation team.

Sophie joined us in 2020 and provides support to our residential conveyancing team.

Sol joined us in 2024 and is part of the litigation team.
