We have six members of the team who may work on your matter. Regardless of who works on your matter, they will be supervised by Hedydd Davies, Director of the Commercial Property and Corporate Department.
Hedydd Davies – Director. Hedydd started work with us in 2013 and qualified as a solicitor in January 2017 after gaining experience in property and corporate departments. Hedydd has expertise in complex property matters, business leases and leasehold enfranchisement. Hedydd is a fluent Welsh speaker.
David Evans – Director. David has over 35 years’ experience and specialises in complex commercial property matters and has a wealth of experience.
Ricky Needham – Solicitor. Ricky joined us in 2022 as part of the acquisition of Davies Prichard & Weatherill. Ricky was a Partner in Davies Prichard & Weatherill having qualified as a solicitor in 1981. Ricky brings a wealth of experience with him.
Jonathan Pryce – Solicitor. Jonathan joined us in 2025 and have over 35 years experience of commercial property and institutional lending transactions.
Katie Jones – Senior Paralegal. Katie joined us in 2024 and has experience in a variety of residential and commercial/corporate transactions.
Anisa Kalam – Legal Assistant. Anisa joined us in 2026 and supports the team.
Leo Mimin – Legal Assistant. Leo joined us in 2026 and supports the team.
